Can’t wait til my pain goes away completely! I miss the gym sooo much!
Friday, saturday and sunday are the worst days right now. Its those days that kill my diet plans. Yesterday I had tons of junk food. Today Im bloated, fun. I’ll think I’ll be back on track tomorrow though, working 12 hours, so I wont be home around the candy so much :) now I’ll have some coffee!
Time for brakefast, cottage cheese with fruit/berries and a sandwhich with turkey on, yummie! Then it’s time for the gym, my back still hurts a bit, så I’ll take it easy today also, think it’s time for my chest to feel some pain, and maybe stomach also, depends on my lower back… we’ll see, have a great day everybody! :)
Im very pleased with my Shape Up Club! I have really good track on my calories. Yesterday and today In eating over 1600 kcal. Around 2000+ Im guessing. Its hard to count when you baking by yourself and doesnt wheight or measure everything… The over eating is because my boyfriends child had hos birthday, gate those celebrating events! But, right track on monday again, looking forward, healthy food and exercise makes me feel awesome!
My new friend is an app where I can see how much calories I eat a day. In a gold member and I love it. Shape up club.
Well, the proteinpancakes are in my stomach, I’ll melt it för some minutes then I’ll change clothes and go to the gym.
Quit work at 12.00, only 30 minutes lett, but I’m sooo hungry, could kill for a steak and some sauce. But at home I’ll eat proteinpancakes and then go to the gym in Bollnäs, then rest before I go back to work again…. Just want to be home for a couple of days, ZZzZZzz….
