..back at my starting wheigt after several weeks of “diet” (eating healthy monday-friday, then unhealthy friday night - sunday) it’s not good. Back at square one every signle monday… here I go again! Need a plan for this!

Want to thanks myself for logging in on tumblr this night. If I hadn’t I would have been eating, but now, I can look at gorgeus woman’s and be able to keep away from the junk food I was looking for. (I do eat, but I’ve consumed all my calories for today)

After a week of bad eating + yesterdays binge Im ready for a new beginning. Longing for the gym again and eating good healthy food!
What a Friday!
Cardio for 30 minutes, this morning. Then brakefast, 12.00 leg express training at the gym, in the middle of all, I cooked and cleaned. Superwoman today! (now I’m at work, 14.00-21.00)

They opened the gym in kilafors today again, it was fresh, but I was very disappointed when I saw t that they didnt have a barbell that you can squat with anymore, squats are THE best exercise ever ffs! I’m keeping my fingers crossed that they just waiting for a new one to arrive! Otherwise I’ll complain.
This day have been hard, got my period and my head and stomach have been hurting all day long, even though I’ve taken painkillers. So,no workout today, But tomorrow I’ll try my new Skins.
I’m sooo fucking tired right now, But when I quit at 16.00 I WILL make it to the gym!
Just had my lunch, protein pancakes with strawberries and stevia, yum! Now I’m resting for about 10 minutes before I Start again. And today after work I hopefully will go to the gym in bollnäs, my lower back is a little bit better now. Hopefully it will be even better after a workout and some stretching. :)

Week 39, Monday Morning.
New week, new beginning, got home yesterdaty night and my boyfriend had a candy bag on the TV table, couldn’t resist, I also went to the kitchen and poored some cheese ballz up, damn. Before that I did sooo good yesterday! New week, and new day today, had oatmeals and eggwhites to brakefast, now coffee, then work from 07.00 to 16.00. Nice, then up again tomorrow and do the same thing and...
Can’t wait til my pain goes away completely! I miss the gym sooo much!
I hate weekends
Friday, saturday and sunday are the worst days right now. Its those days that kill my diet plans. Yesterday I had tons of junk food. Today Im bloated, fun. I’ll think I’ll be back on track tomorrow though, working 12 hours, so I wont be home around the candy so much :) now I’ll have some coffee!
Im very pleased with my Shape Up Club! I have really good track on my calories. Yesterday and today In eating over 1600 kcal. Around 2000+ Im guessing. Its hard to count when you baking by yourself and doesnt wheight or measure everything… The over eating is because my boyfriends child had hos birthday, gate those celebrating events! But, right track on monday again, looking forward, healthy...
My new friend is an app where I can see how much calories I eat a day. In a gold member and I love it. Shape up club.
Well, the proteinpancakes are in my stomach, I’ll melt it för some minutes then I’ll change clothes and go to the gym.

Quit work at 12.00, only 30 minutes lett, but I’m sooo hungry, could kill for a steak and some sauce. But at home I’ll eat proteinpancakes and then go to the gym in Bollnäs, then rest before I go back to work again…. Just want to be home for a couple of days, ZZzZZzz….
Cant wait til tomorrow, gym time again and after Im going to Edsbyn, longing sooo much! In edsbyn I think Im gonna go to the solarium and try to hang out with some of my friends.
Have had a great day today. Free all day long so I was in the gym forever, well 1,5 hour, but thats much for me, I usually get my workouts done in 45 -60 minutes. But today I did a lot of cardio, it felt very good after, sweaty and nice! ;) did stomach, chest and a little bit of legs. Good good good! Now: Underworld on tv.
Woke up at 13.00, quite alert! Now I’m having my “morning” coffee, then it’s time for “brakefast. Wondering what I’ll do today… well I’ll figure something out!
At work again, watching TV and soon I think its time for “lunch”. Have been reeding a blog, stayfittn.blogspot.com the girl who has it is from gothenburg, I would love to have her as my PT and kostrådgivare (dont know the word in english). Really want to shape up, I’ve also started longing to the gym, cant wait to get back on track!
